Here at the Harrisburg Church of God (7th Day) we are a small, but mighty team, with a great number of prayer warriors lifting us up, and volunteers helping to fill the gaps where needed! Here are a few faces that you will see regularly.
Pastor Greg & Lorie Haffner
Lead Pastor
Greg and Lorie Haffner have been faithful members of our church for many years. Pastor Greg has recently began serving our congregation as Pastor on July 1, 2024. Together, he and Lorie have 2 daughters, Natalie and Courtney. Greg has previously served the church as an Elder and Chairman, worked alongside our youth at youth camps, and even served as a youth leader. He has lead a successful career as a landscaper, and worked as an Elementary school teacher before that. We are so grateful for the relationships Pastor Greg has built and the way he leads our church to put our trust in the Lord!
Gordon & Peggy Kuryluk
Music Minister
Gordon is our Worship Leader. He and his wife Peggy have two children, and 5 grandchildren. Music is a part of our worship service every Sabbath morning. Gordon tickles the ivories on the baby grand, and is joined by a great team of instrumentalists and singers to lead us in worship through praise. Gordon and Peggy also sing in their gospel music group, Cornerstone. For over twenty years, they have been a big part of the Pacific Gospel Music Association.

Emily enjoys making sure our church body feels loved and is seen. If you reach out via email or phone, you will likely hear from her, or she will help you find the help you are looking for! Emily and her husband Taylor have 3 girls who keep them very busy. Emily has attended church here in Harrisburg for her whole life.
